Company

An inspection bureau for email.

We tell you which addresses will accept mail, before you send to them.

VerifyingPro LLC

Why we built it

Sending to addresses that no longer exist is the fastest way to damage a sending reputation. A handful of hard bounces is noise; a few percent is a signal to mailbox providers that you do not know who is on your list, and delivery suffers for everyone you mail afterwards.

Most verification tools return a percentage and leave you to interpret it. We thought the useful answer was simpler: tell me what will happen if I send.

How we answer

Every address goes through the same ordered inspection — syntax, disposable-domain and reputation checks, an MX lookup, then a real SMTP conversation with the receiving server, closed before any message is sent.

We then do the step most services skip: we ask the same server about an address that cannot exist. If it accepts that too, the domain accepts everything, and we tell you the address is Risky rather than pretending we confirmed it.

What we will not do

  • We do not sell, rent or share the lists you upload.
  • We do not keep your contacts after you have your results.
  • We do not charge for an answer we could not determine.
  • We do not report a catch-all domain as a confirmed mailbox.
