How quickly we reply
Billing and support questions get an answer within one business day. Security reports are read the same day.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you have found a security problem, write to security@verifyprollc.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not access or alter other people's data.
Before you write about a verdict
If an address came back Risky, the domain most likely accepts every address sent to it, so no service can confirm that specific mailbox. If it came back Unknown, the receiving server declined to answer and you were not charged. Both are explained on the results page.
