Terms of Service

Who we are

VerifyPro is an email verification service operated by VerifyingPro LLC ("we", "us"). Using the service means you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

What the service does

You submit email addresses. We check each one and return a verdict: Deliverable, Undeliverable, Risky or Unknown. Verdicts describe what the receiving mail server told us at the time of checking.

Mailboxes change. A Deliverable verdict is not a guarantee that an address will still accept mail later, and we do not promise any particular bounce rate on your campaigns.

Your account

Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at security@verifyprollc.com if you think it has been accessed by someone else.

One account is for one customer. Do not resell access or share credentials.

Credits and billing

Credits are bought in advance and spent one per address checked. Credits do not expire. An Unknown result is never charged.

A standing order bills monthly for a fixed monthly allowance. You can change tier or cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancelling stops the next payment and leaves any credits already bought intact.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax where applicable. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your card details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit addresses you have no lawful reason to hold
• use the service to send unsolicited bulk email, or to support anyone who does
• attempt to overload, probe or reverse engineer the service
• resell verification results as your own service without a written agreement

We may suspend an account that breaches this section. Where we can, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right.

Your data

You keep ownership of every list you upload. We process it only to return verdicts to you. We do not sell, rent or share your lists, and we do not add your contacts to any database of our own. See the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for detail.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Verification depends in part on third-party mail servers responding, which is outside our control. Planned maintenance is announced on our status page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or damage caused by decisions you make on the basis of a verdict.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may end it if you break these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason — in which case we refund unused credits.

When an account closes we delete its lists and results within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VerifyingPro LLC is registered, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
